Tenancy Agreement
A tenant agreement establishes that each individual in your group is responsible for fulfilling all contractual obligations, including the timely payment of rent, utility bills, and any costs related to property damage. It is essential that all parties sign the contract prior to any member's move-in date.
Deposit
Before your tenancy begins, a holding deposit is required to secure the property your group has chosen. This deposit confirms your commitment prior to signing the tenancy agreement. At the end of your tenancy, your full deposit will be returned, provided all terms of the agreement have been met.
Inventory
Please note that at the start and end of your tenancy contract, you will be responsible for any costs associated with breakages or damages to the property. While you accountable for your individual room, the communal areas are a shared responsibility. Any cleaning or damage charges in these spaces will be divided among all house or flatmates.
