The Answers You Need
Do I need to pay anything up front?
Yes, an initial holding deposit of £50 per person is required to secure the house/room and upon signing the tenancy agreement full deposit within an agreed time frame.
Full deposit is £250 per person.
When do I pay rent?
Normally rent is paid termly, however rent may be paid monthly upon request. The contract will state when the instalments are required.
Do I need a Guarantor?
Rent guarantor form maybe required to be completed prior to moving in.

How do I pay my rent and when is it due?
Rent needs to be paid by bank transfer on the due dates detailed in the tenancy agreement or by a mutually agreed date.

Where is my Deposit protected?
We register your deposit with the approved deposit scheme "My Deposits".
When can I get my keys and move in?
On the first day of the tenancy agreement or thereafter, please contact us a week before to arrange key collection.
Maintenance issues or emergencies
For any maintenance issues email or text us and we will resolve as soon as possible. We will instruct our maintenance person, electricians or plumber as required to resolve the issue. For an emergency please call us in the first instance as well as emailing us.
