Do I need to pay anything up front?

Yes, an initial holding deposit of £50 per person is required to secure the house/room and upon signing the tenancy agreement full deposit within an agreed time frame. Full deposit is £250 per person.

Do I need a Guarantor?

Rent guarantor form maybe required to be completed prior to moving in.

When do I pay rent?

Rent will be paid monthly but can be paid termly if required to coniside with student loans
