Our properties are subject to:
HMO Licences from Cheltenham Borough Council, for our houses with 3 or more floors and 5 tenants
Fire extinguisher checks annually
Mains powered Inter-linked Smoke Alarms are tested annually
Electrical Installations certificates
Gas safety certificates annually
Insurance
Lakeside Property provides full buildings insurance to all of our houses and we try to ensure our properties are as secure as possible. However, we do not insure your possessions therefore we recommend you arrange your own separate insurance cover.
